Britney Spears unintentionally caused some trouble at Bally’s Total Fitness in Culver City last week, when the club accidentally double-booked the same exercise room for both her and another regular scheduled fitness class.

An eyewitness tells OK! that the singer’s trainer booked a room for her at 7 p.m. PT, not realizing that another class was already scheduled to start in the same room at 7:30.

When Bally members showed up for the class, they were told it had been cancelled because Britney was using the room for her private session. This started a frenzy at the otherwise low-key fitness club. Eyewitnesses tell OK! many members thought Britney was behind the mixup and had used her celebrity status to keep the room for herself. The fitness club says Britney had nothing to do with the scheduling mixup - they admit it was their fault in double-booking the exercise room.

Sources at the gym also say that Britney has recently been incorporated more vigorous dance training into her workouts - does that mean she’s preparing a big comeback?

oh my word! what a day it has been - overall i had a splendid time covering the 2008 MTV movie awards which were held earlier today at universal studios - although there was a massive fire on the lot this morning - the show went on without a hitch (although traffic getting to the venue was totally insane…what would normally take me about 5-10 minutes from my place took about one hour & twenty minutes - not good times)

i also got to meet up with my blogger pals vera from i’m not obsessed and jocelyn from in case you didn’t know and ran into my gals from hollyscoop along w/ the always lovely jen g. & mr. wayne from buzznet (they had trace cyrus‘ (brother to miley) girlfriend hanna beth covering arrivals - she was adorable too) plus i must give shout outs to my way cool new friends from bop & teen beat magazine!

after all the gold (yellow) carpet arrivals - i took my very decent seat at the show - which was quite enjoyable (many thanks to sarah & mylan for making it all happen) highlights included performances from coldplay and pussycat dolls and the reunion of wayne’s world w/ mike myers & dana carvey was awesome & unexpected! below are a bunch of pictures i snapped - i must send out loads of big love to both robin antin (creator of PCD) & laura bell bundy (broadway superstar) who took the time out to chat with me and posed for a pic with yours truly (yet be warned - i have a slightly goofy face on with ms. antin - she was so freakin’ awesome & friendly - i can’t even tell you - she’s like my new favorite person) popbytes over & out for tonight - i so need to get some sleep - xxoo

In a recent interview, Jenna Jameson said that she wants to follow in Angelina Jolie’s footsteps by having children without getting married.

“I think I’m gonna stay unmarried, and just go for the babies!” Jameson, 34, told Usmagazine.com at Maxim’s Hot 100 bash in L.A. Wednesday. “I’m following in Angelina’s footsteps!

good evening y’all! below is the latest cover of national enquirer which last week broke the news of a split between jodie foster and her partner cydney bernard and now they’ve got a story about jodie’s new younger woman cindy mort who may have caused the split…ms. foster met ms. mort (who used to date actress melanie mayron (thirtysomething) with whom she shares two children) on the set of her flick the brave one - like i mentioned before jodie is an extremely private lady so i doubt we’ll be hearing anything about the situation from her directly…don’t expect to see her on the view anytime soon (quick sidenote: i’m not a fan of denise richards but i think whoopi goldberg was a bit harsh with her…i actually started to feel a drop bad for ms. richards (shocking - i know) i’m going to have to tune into her upcoming reality mess denise richards: it’s complicated which kicks off on memorial day along with another trainwreck living lohan)
