Phoebe Price (an actress that seems to be quite popular right now, at least with the paparazzi!), showed the photographers that were following her on Robertson Boulevard in West Hollywood that she has no cellulite on her legs. Well, that’s nice to know, but lifting up your dress in the middle of the street can only mean that you’re desperate for attention!
